How to Request Access From Spark!
This guide will walk you through the process of requesting access to resources and collaboration tools.
1. Request Tech Resources
If your project requires any technical resources (such as OpenAI credits, servers, or datasets), you will need to submit a request.
Follow these steps:

Click the link below to generate an issue for requesting tech resources:
- Fill out the form, providing details about your project, team members, and the specific resources you need. Make sure to assign the issue to the correct person based on your project type:
- Software Engineering: Assign @oeaugustin (Omar)
- Data Science / Machine Learning: Assign @funkyvoong (Michelle)
- Submit the issue and wait for approval. You will be notified once the requested resources are available.
2. Request Access to Collaboration Tools
If you or your team need access to tools like Google Drive, GitHub, Notion, or Slack, follow these steps:

Select the tools you need access to and provide a description of how you will use them in the project.

Submit the issue and wait for access to be granted.
3. Follow-Up
For any requests that have not been addressed within business 4 days, please bump the issue by adding a comment or send a follow-up email to the assigned admin.
